Posture Perfect Solutions provides the user with a thirty-day refundable return period from the date of delivery. The cost of shipping ($50.00) is however non- refundable, and we charge a 20% restocking fee if packaging has been opened, this fee is only waived if the product is returned in the original packaging with internal packaging seals intact.

In those instances where the product has been unpacked, assembled and used, a residual refund will be processed depending upon the condition.

All returns must be pre-approved by email and require a return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt and inspection, your account will be credited the appropriate amount.
