Name: Side Rotations

Purpose: Strengthen the rotary muscles of the torso.


Starting Position: Start in a strong seated position with your hands clasping the edge of your desk and your heels resting on the Evolution Chair.
 


 

 

 

 

Execution: Swivel your lower body and the Evolution Chair 90 degrees to the right. Return to the starting position and repeat to the left.

 


 

 

 

 

 

Regression: Widen the distance between your hands to provide additional leverage.


Progression: Complete the movement on the carpet or surface that provides additional resistance to rotation of the Evolution Chair.
