The bottom-line. Don't try too
hard. Your goal is to incorporate a healthy
eating plan that is safe, fits your lifestyle and that
you can sustain for life. Eating is one of life's
pleasures. If you deny yourself your favorite foods you
set yourself up to crave them. It's just a matter of
time before you over-indulge! Instead, include the foods
you love, be deliberate about when you choose them and
savor them mindfully.

 You've had it with the office
politics. Why do they keep piling crappy assignments on
your desk? Push it away and reap the benefits of a
beautiful chest. With your hands wide on the edge of
your desk and your feet off the ground, PAC it in and
slowly lower your chest toward your desk. Keep your
shoulders away from your ears and elbows pointing back
and slightly down. Exhale on the way up. Repeat fifteen
to twenty times.
