All Evolution Chair products come with a 1 year warranty on all parts. For products past warranty, replacement parts can be purchased through our online store.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with full refund (excluding shipping cost).

Please contact our customer service department by filling out the Customer Enquiry Form or emailing info@evotest-sept16.mystagingwebsite.com. One of our representatives will contact you to assist you with any returns, warranty or replacement parts.    Please do not ship any returns without pre-authorization, which will include a designated return address.  Unfortunately we can not accept any returns without pre-authorization to the correct shipping address.
